Caroline is a McTimoney Chiropractor and a registered member of the General Chiropractic Association and McTimoney Chiropractic Association. She has also completed post-graduate training in neuro-muscular massage techniques, soft tissue release, kinesio taping and dry needling (acupuncture). She uses these techniques alongside chiropractic adjustments where necessary.
Caroline sees patients of all ages with a vast range of complaints and conditions, many come for preventative care. She believes that everyone can benefit from chiropractic care and that a healthy spine and nervous system are just as important as diet and exercise to overall wellbeing. She applies a holistic approach to treatment and works closely with patients, providing appropriate postural and exercise advice to help prevent re-occurrence of symptoms.
Caroline is registered with most major health insurance providers.
As well as treating people, Caroline is also a qualified animal chiropractor, having trained with the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic. She is also a member of the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association and British Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
Caroline is a busy mum of two boys and in her spare time enjoys horse-riding, dog-walking, tennis, yoga and skiing.
